This weekend we sent one delegation, Columbia, to the annual WCDMUN conference. Congratulations to Toby Burns (5A) who received the Highly Commended Award in the Historical Committee, Justin Ikwu (5B) who received the Highly Commended Award in the Health and Youth Committee, and Sean Radcliffe (5D) who received the Highly Commended Award in the Ecology and Environmental Committee!
This was a phenomenal achievement for all six delegates involved as they also won the award for best delegation at general assembly. This was a first-time win for Gonzaga and from here on it's only upwards and onwards.
We would also like to give a massive shoutout to all those from Wesley College involved in hosting such an engaging conference. Also, for all the delegates from far and wide for making this such an exciting conference. We hope to be back next year.
