On Sunday 12th May, Bobby Callanan (1D) and Matthew Davy (1A) played in a 4-0 victory for Mount Merrion Youths over St. Kevin's Boys in the SFAI U-14 National Cup. St. Kevin's is one of the top under age clubs in the country with a storied history in schoolboy football.
Mount Merrion had never won an SFAI cup in any age group; history was made for the club in the premier national cup at this age level. They now play the Schoolboy Cup Champions of Northern Ireland on June 1st.
