Gonzaga hosted the first and second round of Comórtas Díospóireachta an Phiarsaigh, a debating competition for English medium post-primary schools.
Gonzaga's Junior Team of Louis Keogh, Johnny Cunnane and Seamus Whelan were narrowly defeated in the first round.
The Senior team of Cormac Hannon, MacDara Hickey and Conall Keane continued onto the second round beating Stratford College and Alexandra college. Unfortunately, the team were beaten in the second round.
Overall, both teams enjoyed the competition and we look forward to competing again next year
