Commiserations to the U19 badminton semi-finalists (Sonny Lalor, Sam O'Rourke, Michael Foley, Max Kerr, Alex Madden) who played an excellent game yesterday against a tough rival, Castleknock. Spirits were still high after the defeat, however!
And the U16 match between Gonzaga College SJ and Holy Child Community School was extremely close. Although they were down a player, the team (Eoin Lynch, Ciarán Scott, Thijs Peeters) managed to keep the opponents on their toes!
