Chess club takes places every Tuesday after school and is co-ordinated by Ms McCague. Students have the opportunity to participate in matches throughout the year both home and away. They get the opportunity to represent the school and themselves in various tournaments such as the Eton College rapid chess tournament, Kilkenny Congress, Gonzaga Chess Classic and the Bunratty Chess Festival. All levels welcome.
